Though cant say im clear about yuuji's mother who seems to have that stitches on her head. Could be kamo or another person who has the same ability. The culling game is like the hunger games i believe. Once in, they cant get out, the game wont be done. Except they can collect 100 pts and try to talk with the game master to add more rules that will give them advantages
