I wouldn't think it'd be him . . . Since I'm pretty sure he's working under the prince (or now king ig) of the western kingdom/empire and is just trying to screw over the eastern empire by helping Trashta secure the empress' throne, because that would leave the eastern empire a mess with the nobles angry and the position of empress will be filled by someone unable to do the job and the emperor won't be able to take back the previous empress as he had planned so the empire will be vulnerable to attack from the western kingdom
Anyway idk ig he could have slept with her but I don't feel that fits with the role of his character and they don't seem to have any sort of physical relationship

since we're all aware that sovieshu is the one whos infertile, who do you think is the dad of rashtas unborn baby??? like idk how fast everything goes but she mustve gotten pregnant while already being his concubine right? then why would she go sleep around with someone else and possibly ruin everything she "worked" for?
