Well technically they are cousins so they share the same blood from the mom's side of the family b/c the moms are sisters.

Can you tell me which chapter because from what I remember, the guy's mom was being forced to take over the company because her older brother and twin brother died and she is the oldest now. Also, the girl's mom met up with the guy's mom and she said it was her sister and that she doesn't have any intention to take back her son. So I do believe they are cousins.
