no, tappytoon is a site that has a license to translate manhwa. this means they are in contact with the author/artist and they get paid for their work. so, yes, you have to pay.

for anyone wondering, this manhwa is being officially translated on tappytoon. it's currently in chapter 17 (updates every Monday), so I'm guessing people are going to update it on mangago when it catches up.
please support the author on tappytoon if you can, though! ^^
