gahwe is one of the few servants who worked at "prince sahara's" palace. I don't remember all the detailse but i think gahwe had his tongue cut out at one point.
And suryeon's blood... no details have been given yet, but i think it's supposedly satisfying suu's hunger and keeping him alive without him needing to massacre the whole village for feed.
Suryeon's blood helps to heal, but it also has the side affect of amnesia once it has been used to the reciever.
