For those who do distinguish what they're reading as romanticization of rape, and enjoy tagging the story as that, sure you can call them sick, but honestly you're just pushing your view onto others about what we should think like and also what the story is primarily focused on. As for murders and the romanticization of murder, while it doesn't get romanticized it does get a positive connotation and can be seen as "cool" in some manhwa but they don't nearly get bashed on as much simply because it has nothing to do with sex ig. You could argue that has nothing to do with romanticization of rape, but in the end you're viewing 2 things that are morally incorrect with a positive view so they're pretty much synonymous, although it may be slightly reaching. Personally I don't enjoy the romanticization of rape but if it's part of a plot and works to serve it then I'll read it but it's not it's not what I enjoy about the story itself. At this point we're not defending the romanticization of rape, we're just focusing on the other aspects of the manhwa more rather than the rape while you're hyper focused on it.
