Then I’ll be the friend! First of all you shouldn’t sleep for 19h it’s unhealthy and bad for your Brian. You should sleep for 8h at best maybe 6h if u don’t have time. Second you should listen to music and dance to it(it’s like exercise),drink warm tea(green tea is the best in the morning). Third u should go out and get more sunlight to be healthy. Fourth you should talk to people online or outside,make friends yk. It’s hard to make friend but you gotta push yourself to your limits. Finally be CONFIDENT trust me confidence is the key. And if you’re sad cry,scream,write about it. It’s help and if you think smt making you depressed erase it from existence:)

I just don't know why it's like that.
As a child, I wanted to be loved by everyone.
But more than one time ppl tell me, how much they hated me, because I was to clingy.
So I was getting less clingy, still I was hated and more stuff happens.
Than, the panic attacks begin as soon as someone approached me.
