Yeah same... I kinda understand him, his previous wife must have been toxic af. But I still don't like his personality, guess cold and "manly" ML are not my thing ╮(￣▽￣)╭
I think it's just their chemistry right now... I mean the aren't exactly fond of one another. If it weren't for the princess, they probably wouldn't really talk
His mother and his previous wife are toxic, not to mention previous abigail (before the body taken over by our MC) was toxic as well, means he had two toxic wives (not to mention the mother and the first wife totally traumatized him)
I haven't read the novel that far, but his small reaction when facing new abigail is actually not that cold, he will be open to MC little by little, i haven't really read to the point where he become totally open hearted with MC, but give him a chance, he probably just hasn't shown his real personality yet
Lemme just say this now: I don't really like the ml.
Maybe it'll get better, but right now he's kinda just... meh
