It's not consensual if a person is black out drunk or intoxicated to the point they can't function. Yunnifer not only initiated it, she seduced him, was very eager at every point in time and was never confused or unhappy with the situation and remembered everything the next day.
I do think it's best to not engage in sexual acts with someone who is drunk but nothing in there interaction during or after should be seen as anything other than a nice night even if irresponsible and was not brushed off as yunnifer identified the problem she found with the situation which was not the sex but who she had it with as she didn't know his name at the time and his clingy ways with what was to her a irresponsible one night stand with someone she did not want to be engaged with only for the reason of her knowledge of his character as a novel reader. Their relationship is perfectly healthy excluding Ishid obsessive ways which he works to control and they both have a mutual understanding of what's going on in the relationship for the most part
