Look for specific manga

Looking for specific yaoi manga as I can't remember the name of it. I do remember some details like -
-its completed
-yaoi
-mpreg
-guy finds some kind of wolf/dog puppy and rises it or maybe the neighbors gave it too him I actually think
-wolf/dog transforms into human male
-neighbors are giving human male something that helps him develop a uterus or something similar so dog guy can have him give birth to his kids
-theres also a side story of their kid too
