Douglas is way less forgiving in the novel than in the manga. Ravi never connected with sympathy to Alan. Alan went into a coma and Sage was delivered by Douglas to the authorities.
Sage did not have any dignity left and behaved very pathetic. 「I’m a member of the Hero party that has been protecting this country. You can’t arrest me! 」
I prefer that. How it went down in the manga seems weak and leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. Hikari
While I understand that the characters in the novel might be kinda underdeveloped, I cannot comprehend the creative choice, logic and portrayal of the characters in this manga adaptation!
