Translation isn't the best for chap 25 and some panels are even missing.
Basicaly, Jiwook(uke) is angry because he has to be in top 3 in the whole school to keep scholarship but he ranked 12 so he will probably loose it and won't be able to go to school anymore. He blames Seungeon for distracting him from his studies and thinks he only was making fun of him since he(Seungeon) ended up being 1st so why did he even needed his help.
