If anyone gets confused, no, he didn't abort the baby.
Also, the latest chapter was both very sweet and a bit sad. Hyeon-oh was angry because it was written on the paper that Gain was prescribed abortion pills etc etc so he thought that the baby was already gone and he questions him if he even loves him and if he did, why did he not tell him about this before? Gain on the other hand wanted to explain to him but Hyeon-oh's emotions got the best of him that he accidentally slaps Gain and runs away in the pouring rain. Gain was shocked but wasn't angry, of course this was a misunderstanding so he had to correct it and also went out to find Hyeon-oh. He finds Hyeon-oh who is still in the rain. Then after he explains that he really didn't abort the child and that he wanted their child to look like Hyeon-oh. While aslo confessing the insecurities he has on the thought of having this child since Hyeon-oh is still too young to become a father and the responsibilities that come along with it might be too much to carry. Later they reconcile and Hyeon-oh admits that when he first saw him, he wanted to be his husband, he wanted to be the father of his(Gain) child. Blah blah blah.. they are happy and very wet from the rain.

One of the reasons why Gain considered to abort the baby was because he was scared that maybe one day Hyeon-oh would get overwhelmed and leave him and their child.
Another reason is that he still thinks that he is too young to have a child and that the responsibilities along with it would be too big for both of them to handle.
