Yup. It's still shounen ai. There are kissing scenes and all but that's about it.
The anime is kinda hilarious. The most skinship that occurs is really brief hand holding (and it's context-specific; Xie Lien was working a case and was trying to stay in character) and when San Lang lightly pats his backside while Xie Lien is cooking.
