PLEASE HELP ME FIND IT

Alright so I apologize if this is confusing it’s the only part I remember though. So I remember it was a enemies to lovers story, full color, fairly popular. There was a boss(seme) and his subordinate (uke) and they had bad history (uke rejected seme cause he was ugly or something like that). So the boss hated his employee and made his life miserable (made him redo everything and gave him a ton of overtime). The employee was on the verge of collapse and ends up being humiliated by coworkers for being “desperate” during one of the meaningless tasks he’s forced to do. Boss sees him walking down steps and goes to talk to him only to discover the employee was sobbing and then the employee ran down the stairs angrily. The boss finally realizes he’s been a petty dick and starts treating uke nicer.
