I think she dreams of her past life but doesn't know she was reborn bc she still small and probably didn't think of the possibility
I suppose that she is probably a reincarnation, however her memories aren't clear. In the flash backs we could see that she was probably in middle school, but in her current self, she still acts her age. Meaning that she doesn't have any prior knowledge she had in her past life, and is probably starting over with some flashbacks. Another thing could be that she cant even remember her "friends" faces from her past life, since they are covered, showing her memory isn't that good.

Personally, I think if I didn't read isekai manhwas/mangas, I wouldn't notice that I was reincarnated or transmigrated into another world. I would think it was all a dream and even if I did know of things like cars or planes, I wouldn't trust it and just think it was just a dream or imagination

I don't think so either, I mean some can be true, but in this case, she felt BEING IN the situation. That wouldn't really make sense in this story, however her memories is a bit foggy, but I don't think its a dream.
This kinda makes sense but I don’t understand the part where she says she has dreams of a completely different world, and she isn’t as smart as people in the modern world would be. She also doesn’t say anything about reincarnation. Can someone explain?
