Tbh I'd rather not judge by art entirely for me its bearable because ive seen worse but what can you do ig. The previous artist is a pro with a lot of experience with making novels look good. Probably why they are highly sought out and commissioned. I will agree I like the previous style more, but it's discouraging for the author to be forced to be the same or better in terms of skill and practice. No offence to you ugys or your taste I agree but pls no slander (￣∇￣")
There's a difference between lacking skill and drawing with an unappealing art style. The characters just look ugly.

Would someone please complain with me about how ugly the art is? I reread the promo as a palate cleanser and oh god the new art is unbearable. Why doing lips in this style is popular is something I'll never understand
