The dad acts like this since he wants to protect her from the king and if he’s seen caring for her it might lead people to find out his weakness. Also, the sword was to protect her..I think I’m pretty sure it’s somewhere around there.
It sounds like the king is using the daughter as blackmail plus I think the father might think the daughter might dislike him? And the father also might not be able to express that he cares very well?? Not sure if this has anything to do with the king or not but they all just need to sit down and have a very in-depth talk. Like pleaseeee
If the dad loves her then why he act like she's never existed. Or this is juat a big misunderstanding . Also why he gave her the sword. Is it to protect her or what
