did u read the last sentence of chapter 40? it said "end of season 1"

Ah nope, i didnt read it yet. i just noticed there wasnt any update in april consistent with the previous upload.

I dont wanna waste my time reading unless im sure the story isnt dropped. Theres a lot of them nowadays getting dropped mid story.
