It'd be a shame if Wooyoung passed away while he gave birth since the chances are very low and extremely dangerous. This would lead to Cha kyung perhaps even passing away from the sorrow of losing his lover since they're imprinted BUT perhaps the golden Apple WooYoung saw in his dream symbolizes their child/birth being successful and everything will be okay :")
