Unfortunately... the older you get, the more likely you'll die. Like, that's the cycle of life for mortals.

Actually, I think people are more likely to die when someone's super young and super old. Young people (0 - something years old) can do dumb stuff and old people uh... get more physically fragile?

correct me if im wrong hun, but didn't the stress from being the only useful person (aside from our baby mc) in the family and the huge workload contribute towards his death?

like, he was gonna die regardless, but overwork was a huge factor to his death in the OG novel

so i think that since our MC is gonna be gunning for head and be the amazing queen that she is (PLUS her dad is reliable!!), there's going to be less stress on the grandfather --> hence postponing his death
