I do think that the Grandma made a plan to trigger the brat, having his brother as a rival, it may just give him the motivation to make some action, realize what he truly feels, at the same time go through a process of maturity that not everything is to be taken for granted, and a revenge to the grandson that is being a spoiled brat lol, a genius plan indeed
