I agree with you about the characters. The author is an amazing storyteller but couldn't elaborate on the characters. I can't feel sympathy towards any of them, not because I don't approve of their actions or decisions but because I have so little about them as a reader.
this is so true. i was actually waiting for at least one chapter about Lee Gyung's background but then i saw "The End" and i was like- what.... and i think it would be really great if they elaborated the part when Lee Gyung started his business (King Cobra) like what made him open that club? how did he start? we never know. of course, this applies to other characters as well and not just Gyung.

i'm sorry but this is just my opinion. this story is great, amazing perhaps. but from what i see, some of the characters are poorly written. look at how so little information we know about Lee Gyung's background. how did he grow up? who raised him? where is his family? not just Lee Gyung because towards the end, we also have no idea as to what happened to Jinhyuk (Hyungdo's friend). i feel like the author is more focused on the plot and the whole situation rather than introducing the characters to us. but overall, as a free reader, this manhwa is amazing. please do read it if you ever come across it.
