Yeah. Most of these happen to recessive omegas so I think he's manifesting omega traits now.

From the looks of the recent chapter, maybe the "traits" are starting to show.
They said at the first few chapters that he was just an average human after the results. But maybe because he got into contact with an Alpha, his possible omega traits are starting to show. And if he continuously be near or in contact with an alpha, the traits might come out and he'll be an actual omega...? Maybe, we dont know. Just my theory
