from what i remember, its not a drug but a spice with hallucinogen(?) effect if comsumed by adults. and can be lethal for a child, depends on the dose.

I think it was nutmeg because too much can kill a child and also if she aiked to put that much nutmeg for a child that was able to knock out a full grown adult blanche would've been dead as hell
