the missing scene really paints cain's struggle more because in that scene, he explains everything that was going thru his mind when he saw KJ getting hurt because of him -- which eventually led him to leaving

but i think this is missing a page??? like an entire conversation? i went back to the korean raws and there was a long ass conversation that was missing (the part where cain walks away and kyungjoon runs to him and grabs his arm), and i think this is important context!
