Okay I guess you're right. When I was first reading the novels I guess I accidently missed the first side story. I apologize. It was my mistake.

Grrrrrrrr!!!!! This last chapter is so far from the truth it's infuriating!!! This was following closely with the novels, and then this short ruined it! First of all, Grisisa can never and has never gotten drunk. Second, Roland never lost control of his emotions. All he ever cared about was his sword. He also never would have lost his temper and beaten someone to the point of no return. There are so many more things I could rant about, but don't have the time. I was very disappointed and displeased with this chapter. Which is sad because I have been following this story since the beginning. It was one of my first manga I read.
