Even at the end, kyouichi never really told imagase that he loved him. I think that even if he wasn't fully confident in his own feelings, he should have tried to express them. He could have just said "Even when I'm with a woman, I can't stop thinking about you."
I think he liked keeping Imagase feeling insecure because it made imagase act like a lunatic, which reinforced Kyouichi 's need to feel loved.

he is not onodera, if you know SiH (and i think you do ^^)
then it would be boring as hell. This manga actually happen in real life or even worst that it is. It's not like any other typical yaoi that's why it's unique.
