i was used to the old mc and even though the s2 one is more true to the novel, the s1 one set the tone for me
if this guy right now was the mc, i would not have read it (he looks nothing like the gambler he was and its just....off
as someone else put it, an off-brand kageyama tobio (all he needs to say now is BOKE)
Obviously he looks nothing like a gambler anymore hat was just a thing to start off the story
but obviously it was a key point of his past. Like i this current mc is just not it for me, maybe its great for you but personally i think he looks like a kid going through an emo phase.
Where did the old mc go? And why does the mc (who seems to be the same person) have black hair now? I'm not sure about everyone else reading this but I like stuff to stay the same unless it has a reason to change. I like brown-haired mc more than the black haired one tbf.
