There is a sort of time skip wherein they are already fiance! Hajime played his cards very well and used his connections and power so he can get involved with Noah's Uncle as business partners and then manipulate Noah's mother to get him and Noah together!
Then another time skip wherein they are already married and going off to meet Noah's family.
That's why but it cause confusion as it kinda became fast paced.
Yeah i guess! Maybe the mangaka just wants to finish it instead of making another volume.

The manga is good but all this time I am confuse. I only get the plot a little but the other scenes are a bit confusing for me. Maybe my brain is not functioning well rn.
