I think it is. Either the mangaka changed the names or translator changed it because of kanji? I don't know. Either way, same characters, starting where they left off in Re'nai Plus Alpha.
I think that he would have mentioned the whole turning into a girl thing. Lol who just forgets about that, and he acted like he had never meet him in the beginning. The characters do look alike to the others from the original.
Is it me or this story is the continuation of the one shot (ch.5) from Renai Plus Alpha? where a guy turned into a girl by a drug he took? The only thing is the different name between the two characters Noki from this story and Satoshi in the other story >.>
