Its because the witch put the poison on the Queens plate instead of Blanche’s! Right before Blanche was about to eat, the Queen says “You mixed up our plates”, so the Queen ate the poisoned food instead.
The queen ate the meat instead cause she doesn’t like asparagus, so they switched plates
The plates were switched cause the Queen requested a smaller portion which was the one with the funky seasoning! (≧∀≦) The witch thought the smaller portion was for Blanche (￣∇￣")
They put the drug on the wrong plate
Guess im blind then cz i thought she put the drug on the plate with asparagus lol
