It was the Monarchs, aka the evil side against the Rulers, that did. His father is an avatar for one of the Rulers, as are Thomas and Liu Zhigeng and Sun-Jin Woo. SJW is unique in that Ashborn is a Ruler who sided with the Monarchs since the Rulers wanted to kill their creator god (as he was evil), and then turned against the Monarchs again when the Monarchs were revealed to him to be just destructive evil beings.
All National Level Hunters are avatars of the Rulers, which is why they're so strong. Unlike SJW, they cannot fully manifest the power of a Ruler, and doing too much kills them.
No it was in a previous chapter with a really ugly guy and a few others killed him.
Remember that guy who was warned by that black lady who looked into MCs power? He woke up from his sleep, walked around his mansion, and then some people surrounded him and mentioned monarchs. We never got to see what happened to him so Im pretty sure the person who died that they were talking about was this dude. Seeing that mc dad is a lone wolf, Im pretty sure it isn't him.
Is it really his father who killed that hunter or nah??
