no they dont kill him. i dont know korean but i had a friend who does check it and no. he just gets sent away she was not able to confirm whether he's sent back to prison or what but he doesnt die and extrajudicial killings would just ruin all 3 men's lives. this manga is trying to go for realism so the MC coming to terms with his trauma and moving on is the best ending not a revenge murder.

In the last chapters (80-81) the rapist were tied, did they kill him or something? I dont understand korean so i dont know what they were talking about, its a shame if they didnt kill him tho lol
