I don't understand why her having kids is somehow better than her being a hoe lol. She seems to really enjoy her new life and is happy with it so i think it's kinda condescending of you to refer to her as a "poor thing."

You're definitely right about the possibility of STD's but about her wish for kids, people's wishes and goals always change. Just because she wanted kids before doesn't mean she wants them now and that's not neccesarily a bad thing. And you're also right about her not being really satisfied anymore, but that's the trade off for her finally being free. And she seems very happy with that trade off. But yeah I suppose endings are always up for your own interpretation.
At the end she sadly ends up being a hoe :(..
