Well if hes been at war all this time and it just ended I'm gonna say it's not his fault for being gone. Even in modern times if you run away as a soldier you get prison time for it. Soooooo like I get it. It's more severe back then if you did that and found you, your entire family gets disgraced and I think they also straight up kill you as well
yo it was honestly both of their faults. since the ml was in the war, she could of understand his position a bit better. but the ml should have told her / understand what she's been through.
I agree with that like I have nothing against the ML. They both went through their own stuff. I’m just saying that past is past and I wouldn’t want to see the romance happen fast as if they just didn’t go through the stuff they did just cause they used to be in love (idk if they were but like i assume so w the promise and all??).
Exactly. All I’m saying is that it’s kinda like a reset now. Whatever feelings they had back then, it’s gotta come back little by little with time and effort. Ofc I admit rn I’m more on MC’s side bc we’ve only seen her story and I know she deserves only the best.

Tbh I’m hoping to see MC run away from ML a bit more. The girl went through a lot. She waited and the ML came too late yk? I wanna see him work his butt off to get closer to MC and come to understand her hardships little by little bc that’s what she deserves. Support, time, and peace. Besides, she’s living quietly now and still has the old family to deal with. I wouldn’t wanna see her feelings for ML suddenly return after the reunion as if she didn’t just lose her family and die. :(
