Is this made by non-japanese?

Because something is a bit off with way of talking and language. It feels kind of.. cheap. Mannerisms don't feel right at all. It's like slightly polished fanfic. Just.. Hard to explain.
This isn't a bad manga or anything.. But it's not good ether.

It's Japanese, and translated :^) the most I could say is probably that this artist is amazing but not a professional mangaka, obviously so the flow of panels and story might not be very smooth since its very focused on gags and making fun of otakus?? It would be better as a 4koma maybe...
I get what you feel though! But I'm more than happy with the pretty art.

Art is really good. It's just hard to get grip on the story when you can't get use to the W
    writing/speaking style..
Hmh.. Might be that this mangaka would flourish the best in a team?

I wouldn't fault the mangaka necessarily. This is a scanlation, which afaic accounts for the awkwardness of the writing/speaking. For one thing scanlators who don't have native speakers 'on staff' sometimes rely on Google translate which is problematic since some things don't translate well in general (there's really no English equivalent of 'senpai', f'rinstance). Add to that the complication of editing things to fit them into the speech bubbles and yeah stuff sounds unnatural and stilted sometimes. ┗( T﹏T )┛
