I am leaning yowards loan shark, but I hope that seme repents for what he did and get back together or at the very least apologize for the way he acted previously.

Although they both don't deserve him, I prefer Chisoo the loan shark over that self absorbed seme. I understand he's going through a lot himself but that's not an excuse of trashy and selfish behavior.
Plus, not gonna lie, in terms of looks Chisoo wins lol
