Yup. But tbh, the ages seem more like an idea than a fact. Literally none of the 14 year old characters act 14, or like kids at all! So the romancenhas never given me pause or seemed particularly awkward.

I know what you mean! It was kinda disturbing so I just kept imagining that tsukasa and ryuji were both 18 year olds!

I never think of them as fourteen. I think it fits the story much better if I think of them as seventeen and in high school, not middle school. Everything fits better, the marriage pressure makes more sense and, of course, they look morel like that age.
