So I am interested in psychology and did some research, he's definitely 100% a psychopath that's a fact, and it seems his mother had some kind of mental illness, I think whatever mental illness she had was heriditery, and it's not just genes that made him like, his environment played a big role in forming his psychopathic personality, " Although both biological and environmental factors play a role in the development of psychopathy and sociopathy, it is generally agreed that psychopathy is chiefly a genetic or inherited condition, notably related to the underdevelopment of parts of the brain responsible for emotional regulation and impulse control." is what this says
But u should take in account he is A DOCTOR
And well aware of enough biology ...he should know he is a psychopath, i mean i know all traits of a psychopath but if he know it is mental problem he should be going for treatments, its not about feeling guilt and what not

Also he is a genius doctor as well, and does not know if he could inherit same stuff from his mom? He should have kinda realised from his obsession like he is calculating and smart

While reading I couldn't find anything in him that seems like a normal person, like he is really a 100% psychopath, and I feel bad about that, considering a person with mental illness could not think like a normal person, me and you would not know how to judge him, I mean the whole thing you said about" how is he a genius doctor so he should know", we don't know how he think because he definitely deonst think like a normal person does, and considering that even law can't judge insane and mentally ill people, I feel conflict in me about this whole thing, I hate him but I can't him at the same time, it's more like pity, in the end I hope he gets therapy and atone for his sins and what he had done to people
He's quite pitiful if he is really schizophrenic and got worse because of his shitty family but I still angry at him after all things that he has done to MC. Seriously what's wrong with his fucking father or grandfather (I don't even remember about him because he is irrelevant to me), trying to compete with a fucking intern and not even a full time doctor!! Anyway I'm glad that he's thousands miles away from those psychopaths.
