Wasn't it already solve? Yes, the English teacher was the gate way for him to remembering it but then that scene of Haru and Ren where they talk about who they were scared of kind of solve the whole thing because after that he was no longer sleepy....
It didn't show that he was no longer sleepy but i guess the reason why Ren was so tired in the first place was because he was trying to figure out why he started remembering all his memories and trying to figure out why he was so scared of Haru and what exactly he felt for Haru and how his feelings are starting to develop more towards Haru
I really hope that Ren's sleepiness is due to a sudden growth spurt in the near future not because of the new English teacher! I have been waiting for a seme Ren since the first time I read this manga eons ago! ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
