I think he only thinks of makima because of some magic bullshit, the same thing makima did to aki( when the angel devil asked aki when/why he liked makima, aki said "idk lol".) And i think it was explained in the begining of the manga that Denji felt nothing after killing people even though he had an emotional connection with them
Anyways, moral of the story is FUCK MAKIMA
The fact that he never thought of Power and Aki ONCE after their deaths makes me so mad. It’s always MIKAMI THIS AND MIKAMI THAT when it comes to him. Literally wish Aki or Power was the MC and not Denji.
