I read a spoiler that her and the emperor ended up sleeping together and she ended up pregnant she ran away and had a son (the only son the emperor will have ) he looks just like him from what I read and when the emperor finally finds her she doesn’t want to be with him something about him making her feel weak ( like the woman she is ) but ends up marrying him anyway and becoming queen not just a legal side piece she actually stands beside him only it kinda feels like he forced her to do so using the excuse you birth the only heir.
