No, it's still ongoing. The chapter before this latest one also says "owari" at the end. The thing is, all of the chapters, except the last 2, are the official english translation. The last 2 chapters, I think, was translated by a group or individual.

It says “おわり” at the bottom which means end so I’m confused, usually it’s “next chapter on April 18. Or sth similar so is this the end?
