Realistically, they rlly shouldn’t even have been able to stick it up there bc if the dude refused (clenched his ass) it would kinda be impossible to put something as soft as a weenie in there but I’m pretty sure if he relaxed enough and let it happen, yes it could stay in so long he didn’t put pressure (causing it to snap in half inside of him). I’m sure he just obeyed because of the pain he was in and the lack of control of his situation, not that he liked it.
What if he is relaxed but the sausage is fully cooked, can it still entered his hole?
