Not sure but I'm assuming that it's not incest (but it is polygamy for sure ig) because in the original it probably was translated from hyung (which in Korean a guy uses it to refer to any male older than him not necessarily only family) and also it seems more likely to be incest because we familiar with the Greek mythology Zeus, Poseidon and Hades but it's the Jade emperor and Hades so like....yeah ......I know this explanation doesn't make it any better but (๑•﹏•)

Its just a side chapter. its not much of a significant part of the story.
But it does ruin the emotions we had at the end

the side chapters with the jade emperor hoenstly ruined it for me i loved the whole thing up until that :/
