I don't think it will. This author has an MO of introducing a "bad" character, then giving them a redemption arc where they were just misunderstood and power of friendship conquers all. She has done with almost all the main characters so far (except President and the trio), including the teachers.
I won't be surprised if Chika forgives Sei, they agree to become friends for real.
as much as i hate that fcker i trust in chika that he doesn't misunderstand momoya and that fck even if they are related I just hope nothing escalates from that but who knows ;-;
