Cecilia is the daughter of a Count, one of the trusted subordinate of the prince. The prince wanted to make her his empress because he knew they're on his side and he trust Cecilia so much, I also think they're childhood friends or something. Anyway, Cecilia doesn't really like the prince so she keeps rejecting his offer for them to date and one day become a crown princess. She's not a bad girl tho I felt like she's jealous when Lucia showed up and got closer to the painter.

Yeah that's what I thought of at first. that scene was soo random to me. We couldn't really see Cecilia's face just a shadow and they don't really know each other so I couldn't tell if this scene was a foreshadowing to something bigger or a foreshadowing that Cecilia was in love with the painter.
So Cecilia is a little sus to me. I found her reaction to "lucia" crying weird. She gives me a weird vibe. Idk I could be overthinking it. Can someone tell me who Cecilia is exactly? I can't really remember much of her mention, all I know is that she's was a beloved empress that was around the prince a lot and I guess elena thought that the prince was in love with Cecilia but I think that might just be a misunderstanding. Besides that I really had no clue who Cecilia was when she introduced at the academy
