the novel is still not finshed but it seems that the carlein guy is her lover in her past life or sumn. he's a vampire lmao. another guy that's a high priest will be added in her harem later on. the red haired knight will also be a vampire? not sure about this one. also her brother and mother will betray her cause they believe that she's the dark lord lolololol idk all these fantasy aspects to it just be making me laugh
