When they were younger both navier and sovieshu ate a cookie together and the cookie was meant for someone else but they didnt know, the cookie had a drug which causes miscarriage or/and infertility and sovieshu found out only after they ate it and didnt tell anyone. First he didnt know which one or if both of them were infertile but when trashta got pregnant he just assumed that it was only navier who’s infertile. But little does he now that it’s the opposite and trashta’s child aint his :)))))
